What drives you to succeed? What is your "Why?"

The real force that drives me to succeed is helping others achieve their goals and potential. I would not be where I am in life, without having a multitude of people putting their own time and effort into shaping me. Many of those people work here in Direct Lending Partners. With that said, I simply want to be seen as an individual who will take his time out and invest it into other people. Having a mentor and someone on your sideline is what makes a winning team.

What are your favorite hobbies and activities?

I’m an avid fan of anything golf; disc golf, Top Golf, or regular golf. I also have a lab, who enjoys swimming as much as often.

Name one of your most important role models and what about them you want to emulate?

One of my top role models is Jerry Richardson. He has shown me time and time again, that if you get knocked off of your horse, get back on and you can do great things.

Where are you from?

I’m from Asheville, North Carolina.

How long have you been working in Lending and Real Estate?

I started in Real Estate back in 2017. As one of the younger members on the team, I look to implement the wisdom of my team members, with the grit of youth and look to continue to erupt the lending side.

What is the real estate success that you are the most proud of?

Three weeks after obtaining my Florida Real Estate Liscense I sold my first listing for 20,000 more for asking price, through having both buyer agents putting in an escalation clause.

What is the DLP Core Value that you most identify with and why?

The core value that I most identify with is the 20 mile march. Never stop going, never let a bad day get you down. Fight through any hardships with Grit and you will come out far ahead from your competition. Just keep going and worry about what you can control.
